JAKARTA – The Annual General Shareholders Meeting of PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk (EAST) held yesterday (29/3) decided to pay out cash dividends to listed shareholders of IDR 5.48 billion in total next month (20/4).
In the minutes of meeting quoted Wednesday (30/3), Muhammad Anis, Director of Eastparc Hotel, mentioned that the cash dividend distribution of IDR 1.33 per share will take up a portion of the 2021 net profit. “The net profit attributable to the parent company reached IDR 12.14 billion, while the unrestricted retained earnings and total equity amounted to IDR 5.59 billion and IDR 245.55 billion,” he revealed further.
In addition, the shareholders meeting has arranged the schedule of cum and ex dividend dates. In the regular and negotiation market, the cum and ex dividend will be on April 6-7, 2022, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market falls on April 8 and 11, 2022. The shareholders available for receiving dividends should be recorded in the Shareholders List by April 8, 2022.
EAST showed resistance despite the massive tourist visit downturn during the COVID-19 pandemic. in 2021, the managing company of Eastparc Hotel collected revenue of IDR 51.02 billion, increasing from IDR 37.07 billion in 2020. Its gross profit also climbed from IDR 23.67 billion to IDR 35.50 billion. Lastly, its profit per share clocked up to IDR 2.94 per share, growing from IDR 1.26 per share. (LK/ZH)
