JAKARTA. PT Diagnos Laboratorium Utama Tbk (DGNS), the managing company of Diagnos clinical laboratories, recently received a loan from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) of IDR 49.95 billion in total.
The facility given by BBCA to DGNS comprises an investment credit 1 of IDR 20 billion and an investment credit 2 of IDR 29.5 billion. Both credits are guaranteed with DGNS’s assets, with a total value of below 50% of the company’s current assets in a year.
The tenor set for the credit investment 1 is seven years without any grace period, while the credit investment 2 tenor is set to three years, also without a grace period. The interest rates applied for both credits are the same, 8.25% per annum.
“With this additional financial aid from the bank, the company can expand the business by investing in establishing a production facility,” Mesha Rizal Sini, President Director of DGNS, mentioned in the official release.
According to idnfinancials.com data, 40.80% of DGNS is under the control of PT Bunda Investama Indonesia. Then, another 39.20% belongs to PT Bundamedik, leaving the remaining 20% to public investors. (KR/ZH)
