BSDE to issue bonds and sukuk of IDR 1 trillion next week

JAKARTA – PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), a real estate company, will issue the Shelf-Registration Bonds III Phase I of 2022 and Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah I Phase I of 2022 worth IDR 1 trillion in total next week (4/4).

In the short prospectus quoted Friday (1/4), the Shelf-Registration Bonds III Phase I is said to be be worth IDR 800 billion. These bonds will be offered in Series A of IDR 547,25 billion with a 6.75% annual interest rate for three years and Series B of IDR 252.75 billion with an interest rate of 7.75% per year for the next five years. The full commitment of both series of these bonds is made by PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia (ASI) of 27.78%, PT BCA Sekuritas of 28.66%, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas of 27.99%, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas of 13.57%.

Meanwhile, the Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah I Phase I will be worth IDR 200 billion. Similarly, it will be offered in Series A and B. Series A will carry IDR 63.50 billion, with an ijarah yield instalment of IDR 4.28 billion per annum for three years. Then, Series B is worth IDR 136.50 billion, equipped with an annual ijarah yield instalment of IDR 10.57 billion for a five-year period. The portion of full commitment for these sukuk comprises PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia (ASI) of 25.50%, PT BCA Sekuritas of 27.75%, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas of 19%, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas 27.75%.

The trustee in this corporate action is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI). For the record, Pefindo, a local rating agency, has granted an “idAA- (double A minus)” rating for the bonds and an “idAA-sy (double A mnus sharia)” rating for the sukuk. (LK/ZH)
