JAKARTA - Volta - MCAS Group, officially launched the Virgo and the Sparklings electric motorcycle, in collaboration with Bumilangit, at the IIMS 2022 event on Thursday (31/03/2022). The Virgo and the Sparklings electric motorcycle is the beginning of Volta's collaborations with Bumilangit.
Virgo and the Sparklings electric motorcycle has a simple look with a modern impression and is wrapped in a futuristic design that represents the Virgo and the Sparklings superhero character. The electric motorcycle features a design facelift and a wide rear body to offer a comfortable experience for its riders.
Iwan Suryaputra, Chief Executive Officer of Volta said, "On this event, Volta also collaborated with Bumilangit to launch Virgo and the Sparklings motorcycles, inspired by one of Bumilangit's characters. This collaboration aims to introduce to Indonesian society its vast selection of intellectual property in the form of local superhero characters, which we have now used as the name of Volta’s new product. In addition, we have a target to release at least five new models in 2022."
Virgo and the Sparklings is powered by a 1kW rear motor hub made by Bosch. This electric motorcycle also uses a 60V 23Ah LiFePO4 battery with a dual battery slot, allowing it to reach 60km/hour with a range of 120km. IIMS visitors and the public can purchase the Virgo and the Sparklings electric motorcycle for Rp 15,450,000 within the DKI Jakarta area and Rp 16,450,000 for regions beyond Jakarta. (LM)
