Anteraja inaugurates customer service in Yogyakarta

JAKARTA - PT Tri Adi Bersama (Anteraja), a logistic startup that is a subsidiary of PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA), continues to expand into new areas along with the rapid development of services. In order to improve the quality and standard of service for all customers, Anteraja updates its Customer Service persona and officially opens additional locations for the Yogyakarta area. This step is one of Anteraja's efforts in providing service satisfaction for customers, with Anteraja presently serving more than 1,000 service points in Indonesia. 

Suyanto Tjoeng as CEO of Anteraja said, "The expansion of Anteraja's Customer Service aims to improve service availability which allows Anteraja to continue serving customers in the event of force majeure occurring in the Jakarta Customer Service Area. With this service expansion, we will ensure that customer satisfaction will always be maintained.”

To complement the maximum service, Anteraja also cooperates with experts in the contact center to improve Anteraja's service quality.
