JAKARTA. PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB), the manufacturer of cement under the brand Dynamix (previously known as Holcim), arranges the dividend distribution of IDR 216.28 billion in total or IDR 23.98 per share at the end of April 2022.
Andika Lukmana, Corporate Secretary of SMCB, claimed that the said plan follows the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last week. In the said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 30% of the company’s net profit as cash dividends.
The dividend will be given out to shareholders who have entered the list by April 21, 2022, at 4 PM WIB. Meanwhile, the dividend payment will be channelled out on April 26, 2022.
In 2021, SMCB managed to score IDR 720.93 billion in net profit. The company also kept the retained earnings of IDR 1.12 trillion, while its equity clocked up to IDR 11.18 trillion.
Currently, 83.52% of SMCB’s shares are under the control of PT Semen Indonesia Industri Bangunan. Then, 15.04% of the shares belong to Taiheiyo Cement Corporation, leaving the remaining 1.44% to public investors. (KR/ZH)
