SURABAYA. PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA) has launched its latest innovation, Avitex Anti Viruz, which is claimed to be able to kill the COVID-19 virus and other bacteria.
Wijono Tanoko, President Director of AVIA, revealed that the Avitex Anti Viruz paint had been developed with powerhealth technology formulation, providing a double protection from various viruses and bacteria. Tanoko even said that the technology can give an active protection, destroying protein and DNA/RNA materials.
“Therefore, it could stop the development and the spreading illness caused by vrus and bacteria on the wall.
Meanwhile, Tanoko also said that this antivirus paint product is a form of AVIA’s commitment in implementing sustainable business principles. “We hope that through these intiatives set out by AVIA, we could bring forth a profound contribution both to the environment and Indonesian public health,” he explained.
AVIA is mostly known as an integrated paint manufacturer etablsihed circa 1978. Several of its products include wall paint, leak-proof coating paint, as well as wood and metal enamel paint. The company was officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on December 8, 2021. (KR/ZH)
