JAKARTA. Garibaldi Thohir, also infamously known as Boy Thohir, is now the new shareholder of PT Tri Adi Bersama (TAB), a managing company of the logistic delivery service Anteraja.
Boy Thohir enters the list of investors of Anteraja after TAB issued 490,413 shares, equal to 10% of new shares, worth IDR 70.56 billion in total. The entire issued shares were not claimed by TAB’s original shareholders, but by Boy Thohir instead.
After the said new shares issuance, the portion of PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA) in TAB is diluted by 5.5% to 49.5%. Furthermore, the portion of PT Roda Bangun Selaras in TAB is also depleted to 22.5%, as Time Prestige Investments Limited’s is to 10%.
Prodjo Sunarjanto Sekar Pantjawati, President Director of ASSA, claimed that ASSA is still the controlling shareholder of TAB following that transaction. “ASSA is still the biggest shareholder in TAB,” Pantjawati confirmed in an official release.
On the other hand, Hindra Tanujaya, Corporate Secretary of ASSA, expected the sad corporate action to create a positive signal for the company’s business prospects. “With this new investor coming in, the company wishes for TAB to develop its business and bring forth positive contribution to the company,” he concluded.
