JAKARTA – Alam Destini Sdn Bhd, a part of Destini Berhad Group, is listed as the shareholder of 5.78% of PT Berkah Beton Sedaya Tbk (BEBS). This company, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, focuses on aviation system, defense, and energy businesses.
In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (21/4), Alam Destini is newly recorded as one of the shareholders of BEBS as of March 2022, owning 520,010,900 units of shares or 5.78% of 9 billion units recorded on the stock exchange. Prior to the transaction, this Malaysian-based company has zero portion in BEBS.
On the other hand, PT Berkah Multi Beton (BMB), the original owner of 13.79% of BEBS’s shares, divested 3.81% of its stock portion in six separate transactions throughout March 2022. The sold shares amounted to 343,199,500 units, with an average price of IDR 4,216 per share, collecting IDR 1.4 trillion in total. After the said divestment, BMB is left with only 9.97% of 9 billion shares of BEBS.
Therefore, as of March 2022, BEBS’s shareholders consist of PT Berkah Global of 35.4%, MBM of 9.97%, Alam Destini of 5.78%, Sugiarwati Lucky of 4.98%, Herdis Sudana of 1.11%, PT Cipta Ihya Nusantara of 2.22%, Soewarso of 1.36%, Sherly Dyanne of 0.44%, Heri Santoso Liem of 0.16%, and the public of 38.58%.
