JAKARTA - PT Astra International Tbk (ASII), Wednesday (20/4) held the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (Meeting or AGMS). One of the agenda of the meeting was to approve the use of net profit for the 2021 fiscal year amounting to IDR20,195,982,953,947.
Based on the release received by IDN Financials, IDR239 per share or IDR9,675,569,200,460 will distributed as cash dividends, including an interim dividend of IDR45 per share or a total of IDR1,821,759,891,300 which was paid on October 29, 2021.
Then, the remaining dividend of IDR194 per share or a total of IDR7,853,809,309,160 will be paid on May 20, 2022 to the Shareholders of the Company whose names are recorded in the Register of Shareholders of the Company on May 10, 2022 at 16.00 WIB.
The remaining net profit for the 2021 financial year amounting to IDR10,520,413,753,487 will be recorded as the Company's retained earnings. (LM)
