JAKARTA. PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WTON), a subsidiary of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) engaged in the precast concrete manufacturing and construction service, will allocate IDR 16.6 billion or approximately 20% of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
The amount of dividend was agreed upon the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held earlier this week. Then, the remaining portion of WTON’s net profit, amounting to IDR 66.35 billion, will be stores as fund reserves.
Each shareholder of WTON will receive cash dividends of IDR 1.9 per share. The dividend will be paid out to shareholders whose names were recorded on the Shareholders List by April 28, 2022, at 4 PM WIB. Then, the payment will follow on May 20, 2022.
According to idnfinancials.com, WTON collected IDR 82.91 billion in net profit throughout 2021. Last year, the company also managed to keep its retained earnings of IDR 1.15 trillion and total equity of IDR 3.45 trillion.
As of December 31, 2021, 60% of WTON’s shares is under the control of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA). Then, Koperasi Karya Mitra Satya claims another 5.67%, followed by Yayasan Wika of 0.99% and public investors of 32.65%.
