DWB went all out, investing IDR 8.14 billion in LUCY

JAKARTA – PT Delta Wibawa Bersama (DWB) channels investment worth IDR 8.14 billion to PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY), the managing company of several restaurant chains in Jakarta. With this step, DWB now claims 7.29% of LUCY.

Andarurachman Putra, President Director of Lima Dua Lima Tiga, mentioned that DWB’s transaction occurred in two phases yesterday (20/4). “The transaction consisted the trading of shares of 22,781,200 for IDR 110 each and another one of 52,706,200 shares for IDR 107 each,” he further explained in the information disclosure quoted Friday (22/4).

DWB’s shares after the transaction amount to 75,487,500 units from the initial zero.

On the same day, two shareholders of LUCY also divested their portions. Felly Imransyah sold 52,706,200 shares for IDR 107 each, reducing the portion by 6.75%, from 30.87% to 24.12%. Surya Andarurachman Putra also traded off 22,781,200 shares for IDR 110 each, effectively cutting down 3.75% of his portion from 16.52% to 12.77%.

For the record, DWB is a company that provides working spaces in Kebagusan, South Jakarta. (LK/ZH)
