JAKARTA – The shareholders of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) decides to allocate dividends of IDR 42.78 billion or IDR 4.47 per share from the net profit of 2021. The dividend will be given to shareholders on May 20, 2022, to those officially recorded in the Shareholders List by April 29, 2022.
Syailendra Ogan, Director of Finance, HC, and Risk Management of Wika Bangunan Gedung, mentioned that the amount of dividend to be distributed refers to the net profit attributable to the parent company, which amounts to IDR 213.88 billion, retained earnings of IDR 149.70 billion, and total equity of IDR 2.38 trillion. “It is according to the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held yesterday (19/4),” he stated in the treatise of the meeting quoted today (22/4).
The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to April 27-28, 2022, followed by the cum and ex-date in the cash market on April 29 and May 4, 2022. (LK/ZH)
