DWB acquires 36.28% of LUCY

JAKARTA – PT Delta Wibawa Bersama (DWB) now holds 36.28% of PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY) after carrying out several share purchases in the past two weeks in April 2020. Then, with this much of portion, the company now enters as the new controller of LUCY.

In the information disclosure quoted Monday (25/4), Andarurachman Putra, President Director of Lima Dua Lima Tiga, confirmed that DWB’s ownership percentage has been raised 25.78% to 36.28% after the transaction last week (21/4). “The number of the traded shares amounts to 266,793,750 units with an execution price of IDR 107 each,” he stated.

DWB invested IDR 28.54 billion in total in the said transaction. It reportedly has issued and paid-up capital of IDR 500 million, beneficially owned by Dimas WIbowo. For the record, DWB and LUCY are not affiliated in any way.

Several shareholders of LUCY that divested their portions last week are Surya Andarurachman Putra of 3.75% or 22,781,200 shares, selling them for IDR 110 per share, and Felly Imransyah of the entire 25.78%. Prior to this, DWB actually has 7.29% of shares in the said company worth IDR 81.14 billion of investment in total. (LK/ZH)
