Adhi Commuter to offer Bonds II worth IDR 495 billion

JAKARTA – PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) will issue Bonds II Year 2022 worth IDR 495 billion in Series A and B from May 18 to 19, 2022. Series A will be offered with a full commitment and a 367-days tenor, while Series B will have a tenor of three years.

In the short public prospectus quoted Monday (25/4), Rahmat Adi Sampurno, Corporate Secretary of Adhi Commuter Properti, has planned to utilise 71% of the proceeds from Bonds II issuance to carry out refinancing of Series A of Bonds I Year 2022, leaving another 29% to settle the debts it owes PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) regading the acquisition of land plot in Cikunir of 5.8 hectares (Ha).

Pefindo grants an “idBB (Triple B)” to the company regarding this issuance. The assigned lead underwriter and the underwriter will be PT Sucor Sekuritas, while the appointed trustee is PT BPD Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR).

As of December 2021, the company recorded an operating profit of IDR 563.68 billion, a gross profit of IDR 146.80 billion, and the current year’s profit of IDR 130.36 billion. For comparison, in the same period in 2020, the operating profit reportedly reached IDR 977.22 billion, followed by a gross profit of IDR 175.63 billion, and the current year’s profit of IDR 133.25 billion.
