Settling debts, Adhi Karya to issue bonds of IDR 3.75 trillion

JAKARTA. PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) arranges the issuance of the Shelf-Registration Bonds III of Adhi Karya Phase III Year 2022, with a principal value of IDR 3.75 trillion.

These bonds will be offered in three series, as stated in the prospectus. Series A will be offered for IDR 1.29 trillion with an interest rate of 8.25% and a tenor of three years. Then, Series B bonds will be offered for IDR 667.5 billion, equipped with a 9% interest rate and a five-year tenor. Lastly, Series C will be offered for IDR 1.79 trillion, along with a 10.20% interest rate and a seven-year tenor.

ADHI will allocate approximately IDR 2.8 trillion of the total proceeds from the bond issuance to pay back the Shelf-Registration Bonds II Phase I Year 2017. The remaining amount, around 25%, will be channelled into the company’s working capital.

The public offering period of ADHI’s bonds is scheduled from May 17 to 19, 2022. The electronic distribution of these bonds is set to May 24, 2022, followed by the recording on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on May 25, 2022.

ADHI has assigned seven security companies as the executive underwriter and underwriters. They are PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Korea Investment and Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia, and PT Sucor Sekuritas.
