Fajar Surya to channel IDR 1.07 trillion as additional capital to DAP

JAKARTA – PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FSAW) injects additional funds of IDR 1.07 trillion into its subsidiary, PT Dayasa Aria Prima (DAP). Marco Hady, Corporate Secretary of Fajar Surya Wisesa, relayed the news in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (26/4).

“The paid-up capital raise by the company in this affiliated subsidiary will not affect the operational and financial condition, as well as business sustainability,” Hady reaffirmed.

The said additional capital investment was less than 20% of the company’s equity, which reportedly reached IDR 5.09 trillion at the end of December 2021. Then, its current assets and short-term liabilities each clocked up to IDR 4.25 trillion and IDR 5.13 trillion, respectively.

For the record, DAP possesses assets before elimination of IDR 3.10 trillion, 99.9% of which belongs to FASW. DAP runs the packaging paper manufacturer in Gresik, East Java. (LK/ZH)
