JAKARTA – PT Angkasa Pura (Persero) I obtains approval regarding the deferment of payment of loan interests and principal from the creditors, which consist of state-owned insurance and banks. The flexible payment period will further affect business activities and financial condition of the company.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (27/4), Handy Heryudhitama, Corporate Secretary of Angkasa Pura I, confirmed that the company has signed the agreement regarding the amendment of syndicated credit under Deed No.12/2016. “The approval of syndicated creditors is required to meet the conditions requested by other creditors who demand equal treatment so that the support from other creditors still can be effective,” he explained.

Last week (21/4), AP I signed the agreement regarding the grace period with PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), and the syndicated banks, including Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) DKI, BPD Bali, BDP Jatim, BPD DIY, dan BPD Papua, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA). (LK/ZH)
