Prima Andalan budgets dividends of IDR 1.63 trillion

JAKARTA – The shareholders of PT Prima Andalan Mandiri Tbk (MCOL) set a budget for its dividends to IDR 1.63 trillion or IDR 460 per share, which will be taken out of its net profit in 2021, during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting yesterday (26/4).

In the shareholders meeting treatise quoted Thursday (28/4), MCOL’s shareholders decided on the net profit attributable to the parent company of USD 271.35 billion, unrestrained retained earnings of USD 250.82 million, and total equity of USD 402.61 million.

The dividend will be channelled out to shareholders on May 27, 2022, to those recorded in the Shareholders List by May 17, 2022. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 12-13, 2022, followed by the cash market’s dates on May 17-18, 2022.

MCOL is known to have also distributed interim dividends of IDR 749.5 billion or IDR 211 per share on December 16, 2021. (LK/ZH)
