JAKARTA – PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA), a vehicle rental service company, receives a credit facility worth IDR 1.15 trillion in total from two national banks, which will be ustilised to purchase more rental vehicles. These creditors are PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) and PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI)
Hindra Tanujaya, Corporate Secretary of ASSA, metioned that the company has been granted an investment credit facility of IDR 600 billion and a bank guarantee with a limit of IDR 50 billion, which will be spent on new vehicles. “The said facility will then increase the number of vehicles to be rented and the company’s revenue, he said in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (28/4).
Meanwhile, BRIS channelled an investment credit in the form of a musyarakah mutanaqishah line facility worth IDR 500 billion.
ASSA is known to manage 26 thousand rental vehicles, employing 4 thousand drivers and serving 1,800 companies in Indonesia. (LK/ZH)
