JAKARTA – PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) allocates IDR 572.37 billion as dividends, taking it out of the net profit in 2021 and distributing it on May 24, 2022. The plan has been approved during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting last week (28/4).
Suresh Vembu, Director of AKR Corporindo, mentioned that the net profit attributable to the parent company reached IDR 1.11 trillion in 2021. Its retained earnings amounted to IDR 539.03 billion, while its total equity clocked up to IDR 11.29 trillion. “The dividend per share will total IDR 29, consisting of interim dividends of IDR 12 per share and final dividends of IDR 17 each,” he specified in the meeting treatise quoted Thursday (5/5).
The total interim dividend was approximately IDR 236.84 billion. This time, the total dividend to be channelled to shareholders for the fiscal year 2021 will amount to IDR 335.53 billion.
The cum and ex-dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 17-18, 2022, followed by the cum and ex-date in the cash market on May 19-20, 2022. (LK/ZH)
