JAKARTA – PT Winner Nusantara Jaya Tbk (WINR) initiates the purchase of land located in Batam and Bogor with a total area of 10.7 hectares (Ha) to develop mixed-use and housing properties. The money used to realise the plan comes from the proceeds of the rights issue from April 19 to 21, 2022.
In the short prospectus quoted Friday (6/5), the fund prepared for the purchase amounted to IDR 100 billion. It will be split into IDR 70 billion for the land in Batam that has a total area of 10 Ha, and another IDR 30 billion to acquire 7,000 m2 land in Bogor, West Java.
Currently, the company has several land banks in Batam that are ripe to be developed for a property project. These assets were spread in many locations in Batam, including Pantai Timur, Tanjung Piayu, Punggur, Trans Balerang, and Bengkong.
It was known that WINR had secured IDR 210 billion via a rights issue of 1.5 billion shares with an offering price of IDR 100 each. (LK/ZH)
