JAKARTA. PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), a vehicle spare parts manufacturer, will pay out interim dividends of IDR 86.38 billion or IDR 15 per share.
Ang Andri Pribadi, Financial Director of SMSM, mentioned that the said plan followed the result of the company’s board of directors’ decision. “It was approved by the board of commissioners on April 29, 2022,” Pribadi confirmed in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) last Monday (9/5).
The total interim dividend to be distributed by SMSM is equal to 45.99% of the net profit in Q1 2022. In Q1 2022, the company managed to record a net profit of IDR 187.81 billion.
The interim dividend will be given out to SMSM’s shareholders whose names have entered the Shareholders List by May 20, 2022, at 4 PM WIB. Meanwhile, the interim dividend disbursement will take place on May 31, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, 50.54% of SMSM’s shares are under the control of PT Adrindo Inti Perkasa as of April 30, 2022. Then 49.46% of the shares belong to public investors, leaving the small remaining portion to the company’s directors and commissioners. (KR/ZH)
