PTPP’s revenue soared 50.79% in Q1 2022

JAKARTA – Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) started to show increases in Q1 2022 compared to the same period last year. All business segments contributed to the total revenue.

Agus Purbianto, Financial and Risk Management Director of Pembangunan Perumahan, mentioned that the operating revenue grew 50.79% to IDR 4.28 trillion from IDR 2.83 trillion in Q1 2021. “The net profit rose 13.42% from IDR 47 billion to IDR 53 billion,” he added in the press release quoted Wednesday (11/5).

The contribution of the construction segment reached 36% of the total revenue, followed by the EPC segment that covered another 26% and the property segment of 37%. PTPP, as the parent company, generated 57% of the total revenue. PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) follows with 17%, surpassing PT PP Semarang Demak of 9% contribution, PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) of 8%, PT PP Urban of 4% and others of 5%.

“The financial performance in the beginning of this year still saw increases in revenue and net profit. They indicate how the performance improved amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, and the company is optimistic about attaining the target by the end of this year,” Purbianto concluded. (LK/ZH)
