Mitra Investama sold off 6.75% of its portion in UVCR

JAKARTA – PT Mitra Investama Anugerah (MIA) gained IDR 27 billion in return for 6.75% of its shares in PT Trimegah Karya Pratama Tbk (UVCR). The proceeds of this divestment will be used to pay its financial obligations.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (3/5), Hady Kuswanto, President Director of Trimegah Karya Pratama, confirmed that MIA had divested 135 million units of its shares for IDR 200 each on April 20, 2022. “After this transaction, it is left with zero percent of shares from the initial 6.75%,” he added.

Therefore, post MIA’s divestment, UVCR’s shareholders consist of PT Trimegah Sumber Mas, that claims 48.65% of UVCR’s shares of 1,991,076,980 units. There is also Riki Boy Purnama with 4,70% ownership, followed by PT Sarah Global of 2.7%, Winston Tan of 2.77%, the public of 41.07%, and Hady Kuswanto of 0.73%. (LK/ZH)
