JAKARTA. PT Bundamedik Tbk (BMHS), the issuer that manages Bunda Women and Children Hospital and Diagnos laboratory network, recorded 49% revenue growth to IDR 1.71 trillion in the fiscal year 2021.

This growth was supported by the revenue gained from Morula IVF, an in-vitro clinic of BMHS. Additionally, the inpatient capacity of the hospital was boosted 42% to 378 beds.

The BMHS’s hospital service revenue in 2021 reportedly grew 47% to IDR 376 billion, while Morula IVF clinic generated IDR 169 billion of revenue, 50% higher than the same period last year.

Ivan Sini, President Commissioner of BMHS, claimed that this increase drives the company to be more optimistic regarding the attainment of the national and core business expansion goals. “Until 2021, BMHS managed to provide services to almost 150 million people in 10 provinces through 6 hospitals, 10 Morula IVF clnics, and 34 Diagnos laboratories,” he specified further in the official statement.

In 2021, BMHS also initiated several business expansions, including the opening of two Bunda Women and Children Hospitals in Bali and Palembang, while pioneering the first operation of prostate removal using robotic technology in Indonesia.

“BMHS is committed to continue extending its most advanced and high-quality healthcare services for wider audience in Indonesia,” Sini added. (KR/ZH)
