JAKARTA. PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS), a retail company that owns Ramayana, Robinson, and Cahaya, will distribute cash dividends of IDR 188.24 billion.
The dividend will be channelled out to shareholders whose names have entered the Official Shareholders List by June 3, 2022, at 3.15 PM WIB. For one share, the shareholders will gain IDR 30 in cash in return. The payment will be disbursed on June 23, 2022.
The dividend distribution plan of RALS has obtained the necessary approval from the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last week. In the said meeting, the shareholders agreed to the plan of allocating the entire net profit in the fiscal year 2021 as cash dividends.
According to idnfinancials.com data, RALS collected IDR 170.58 billion in net profit at the end of the fiscal year 2021.On top of this, the company also kept its retained earnings of IDR 3.74 trillion at the end of December 2021.
RALS’s net profit in 2021 reportedly proliferate exponentially by 222.83% from the gain in the same period last year. Meanwhile, the revenue in 2021 was seen climbing 2.56% higher from IDR 2.59 trillion. (KR/ZH)
