JAKARTA. PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI) plans to divide cash dividends of IDR 8.5 per share or IDR 307.54 billion, cumulatively. It is equivalent to 24.98% of the net profit in the fiscal year 2021.
Said plan aligns with the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of BNLI held last week. Furthermore, in the meeting, the shareholders also agreed to allocate IDR 200 billion of the 2021 net profit to its mandatory reserve funds.
According to idnfinancials.com data, BNLI collected a net profit of IDR 1.23 trillion in 2021. The remaining portion of the net profit will be kept as unrestricted retained earnings.
The dividend cum date in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 31, 2022, while the cum dateon the cash market will fall on June 3, 2022. Meanwhile, the dividend payment will be disbursed on June 21, 2022.
Untul March 31, 2022, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limitedstill controls 98.71% of BNLI’s shares, leaving the small remaining 1.29% to public investors. (KR/ZH)
