JAKARTA - PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL), decided to distribute dividend this year through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held on June 2, 2022.
The dividend to be distributed is IDR128.9 billion or about 25.3% of net profit in 2021 which is IDR508.9 billion. The distributed dividend this year has increased 41.9% from last year.
Susanto Djaja as President Director of MTDL said, “MTDL will distribute dividend again this year which is our commitment to continue to prosper the shareholders. This is also driven by the positive performance of MTDL throughout 2021 to obtain optimum sales and net profit. We are grateful for the support from various parties for this achievement and we hope that in the future we will continue to achieve even better performance. Moreover, in 2022, we see a good potential for the increasing demand for digital products and solutions.”
For information, in the First Quarter of 2022 MTDL managed to achieve revenues of IDR5.2 trillion, up 33.7% YoY. MTDL also posted a net profit in the First Quarter of 2022 of IDR164.6 billion, an increase of 35.4% YoY. “Each business also experienced net profit growth in the First Quarter of 2022. The Digital Distribution Business rose by 18.1%, and the Digital Solutions & Consulting Business rose by 54.8%. Even amid the emergence of Omicron variants, MTDL’s business continues to grow rapidly as a Digital Solution Provider and Technology Innovator by meeting various requests for Digital Solutions and Distribution in Indonesia,” Randy Kartadinata as Director of MTDL explained.
