JAKARTA – PT Patria Bakti Abadi (PBA), the company affiliated with PT Tamaris Hidro (TYRO), acquired 540 shares of PT Landasan Tata Laksana Energi (LTLE) for IDR 128 billion in total in a transaction that took place two weeks ago on May 27, 2022. LTLE is the operator of the Sungai Buaya Mini Hydropower Plant (lit. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Minihidro/PLTM Sungai Buaya) of 3 megawatts (MW) in Deli Serdang, Medan.

Mohammad Syahrial, President Director of Tamaris Hidro, revealed that PBA took over portions of Landasan Tata Laksana (LTL) of 420 shares, as well as Sugino and Seitadi Wijogo’s of 60 shares. “PBA has no direct and indirect affiliations with the shareholders in LTL,” he reaffirmed in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (9/6).

According to Syahrial, this recent shares acquisition will add into the company’s value, including the potential increase in revenue, EBITDA, and the cash flow in general. “The transaction is intended to optimise the company’s potential through its subsidiary in the electric power sector,” he explained.
