ADHI recorded 128% increase in new contracts by April 2022

JAKARTA – PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk saw an increase of new contract acquisition of 128% to IDR 8.2 trillion from IDR 3.6 trillion reported in the same period last year. Farid Budiyanto, Corporate Secretary of Adhi Karya, announced the good news in the press release quoted Thursday (9/6).

According to Budiyanto, the highest contributor of these new contracts is the construction project, covering 89% of its total. Then, the property segment generated another 7%, followed by other business lines with 4%. “New contracts obtained in April 2022 included the Yogyakarta-Bawen Toll Road project, the Shrimp Culture Area in Kebumen, and Pacal Reservoir in Bojonegoro,” he specified in detail.

Regarding the fund source, 70% of it comes from the private projects related to investments, 22% other are government’s projects, while the remaining 8% uses the financing facility from the state-owned and regionally-owned enterprises (BUMN and BUMD). Furthermore, the types of projects that ADHI will handle include road and bridges of 57%, buildings of 11%, and other infrastructure projects, such as energy plant, railway tracks, and reservoirs, of 32%.

“The new contracts acquisition in the first four months in 2022 hopefully can lead further to increased revenue of the company until the end of 2022,” Budiyanto hoped. (LK/ZH)
