JAKARTA. PT Anugerah Utama Multifinance (Gratama Finance) plans to issue securities in the form of medium-term notes (MTN) worth IDR 100 billion in face value.
These securities have been registered in the Indonesia Central Securities Depository (lit. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia/KSEI) under MTN I Gratama Finance Year 2022. The MTN will be offered with a fixed interest rate which will be paid every three months.
The distribution of these notes will take place on June 22, 2022. The MTN will have a three-year tenor since the distribution date.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, Gratama Finance is a financing company with a former name of PT Aspac Utama Multifinance. The company was formed on November 14, 1992. Then, in 2011, Gratama Finance gained a boost in its authorised capital and its issued and paid-up capital to IDR 200 billion and IDR 100 billion, respectively. (KR/ZH)
