JAKARTA. PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk (SAMF) announces the dividend distribution plan of IDR 85.57 billion, which will be taken out of its 2021 net profit.
Said plan follows the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of SAMF held earlier on June 15, 2022, in Surabaya. In this meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 50% of the net profit in 2021 as cash dividends.
The dividend per share to be channelled out is IDR 16.70. Meanwhile, the remaining portion of SAMF’s net profit will be stored as retained earnings.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, SAMF’s net profit in 2021 managed to increase 45.26% year-on-year to IDR 226.44 billion. The net profit proliferation in this period resulted from the revenue growth of 31.45% yoy to IDR 1.85 trillion in 2021.
Currently, 74.27% of SAMF’s shares is under the control of PT Saraswanti Utama. Then, another 10.61% is categorised as founders’ stock, leaving the remaining 15.12% to public investors. (KR/ZH)
