JAKARTA - PT Tri Adi Bersama (Anteraja), a logistics startup company which is a subsidiary of PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk ("ASSA") has launched a Payment on Delivery service innovation to provide convenience for online shopping payments with non-cash transactions. The Payment on Delivery service was launched as a form of Anteraja's commitment to continue to grow in tandem with today's technological trends.

Suyanto as CEO of Anteraja explained, “Payment on Delivery offers a more practical payment system while still prioritizing convenience for customers. This service is a solution to the problems that are often encountered in COD services, where customers often find it difficult when cash is not available or when the customer is not at the delivery location. With this new service, if the customer is not at the location, the Satria Anteraja (courier) can easily send the QR code payment via electronic message to the customer. Customers just need to upload the QR code in the payment application and transactions can still be done anywhere."

Customers can already use Payment on Delivery services in several e-commerce sites such as Shopee and Tokopedia. "In the future, we will continue to increase the availability of Payment on Delivery services in other e-commerce sites and collaborate with more digital payments," added Suyanto.

To use the Payment on Delivery service, customers only need to choose the COD method in e-commerce when completing the transaction. When the package is delivered, Satria will provide a dynamic QR code to be scanned and complete the payment without having to enter the nominal manually. With this, customers will avoid nominal errors that risk harming customers and hampering the payment process. (LM)
