JAKARTA – PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) will share final dividends of IDR 3.20 trillion in total from its net profit in 2021 on July 13, 2022. Said decision was finalised during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting on June 15, 2022.
Quoting the information disclosure today (17/6), Reski Damayanti, Director of Unilever Indonesia, confirmed that the cash dividend is set to IDR 84 per share. “It will be distributed to shareholders representing 38.15 billion shares recorded in the Shareholders List by the recording date on June 27, 2022,” she added.
Additionally, the shareholders also acknowledged the interim dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 2.51 trillion or IDR 66 per share to the holders of 38.15 billion shares listed by December 1, 2021.
“The total dividend to be received by shareholders for this fiscal year 2021 is IDR 150 per share or IDR 5.72 trillion. The final dividend will be paid out no later than July 13, 2022,” Damayanti said.
The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 23-24, 2022, followed by the cash market on June 27-28, 2022. (LK/ZH)
