Bank Oke dispose its receivables worth IDR 38.98 billion

JAKARTA – PT Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk (DNAR) reassigns its receivables (cessie) worth IDR 38.98 billion to PT Oke Asset Indonesia, an affiliate under the same shareholder, Apro Financial Co Ltd.

Efdinal Alamsyah, Director of Bank Oke Indonesia, claimed that said selling off the receivables is intended to gain more profit and reinforce its financial performance. The transaction value is below 20% of DNAR’s total equity of IDR 3.09 trillion reported last December.

Based on the conclusion of the Public Appraisal Office of Sugianto Prasodjo and Partners, the authorised public appraiser by the company, the receivables of Bank Oke, including users’ outstanding debts, clock up to IDR 60.49 billion. After the analysis using discounted cash flow (DCF), at the end of December 2021, the estimated market value of said receivables arrives at approximately IDR 40.47 billion. (LK/ZH)
