Delta Djakarta to channel out dividends of IDR 300 per share

JAKARTA. PT Delta Djakarta Tbk (DLTA), the distributor and manufacturer of alcoholic beverages under the brand of Anker and Carlsberg, announced its cash dividend distribution plan, paying out IDR 300 per share or IDR 240 billion in total.

Alan De Vera Fernandex, Finance Director of DLTA, claimed that said decision was made during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last week. In said meeting, the shareholders of DLTA agreed to allocate the entire net profit in 2021 and a portion of its retained earnings as cash dividends.

Based on idnfinancials.com data, DLTA scored IDR 188.05 billion of net profit at the end of 2021. Meanwhile, its retained earnings clocked up to IDR 971.72 billion at the end of December 31, 2021.

The recording date of this cash dividend distribution is set to June 28, 2022, while the payment is scheduled for July 15, 2022.

Until March 31, 2022, San Miguel Malaysia is listed as the controller of 48.33% of DLTA’s shares. Then, the DKI Jakarta provincial government owns another 26.25%, leaving the remaining 15.42% to the public. (KR/ZH)
