JAKARTA – PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), a property developer, is in the middle of a tender offer in order to repay its Senior Notes worth USD 270 million with a 5.50% annual interest rate, which will mature in 2023. Hermawan Wijaya, Director of BSDE, announced the news in the information disclosure quoted today (21/6).
It is mentioned that the Senior Notes were issued by Global Prime Capital Pte Ltd (GPC), BSDE’s subsidiary. “The repayment of these securities aims to rearrange financial balance. We are also considering to advance the repayment other securities yet to mature,” Wijaya stated.
The tender offer began yesterday (20/6) at the same time of the signing of the Dealer Manager Agreement (DMA). This corporate action will last until next week (28/6) Central Europe Time, and it will be concluded on June 30, 20222. (LK/ZH)
