JAKARTA. PT Garuda Metalindo Tbk (BOLT), an automotive and its component manufacturer, will distribute cash dividends of IDR 23.44 billion or IDR 10 per share from its net profit in the fiscal year 2022.
Erwin Wijaya, President Director of BOLT, claimed that said plan follows the result of the 2021 Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last week. In this meeting, the shareholders gave the green light to the plan of allocating 34.8% of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
The dividend will be paid out to shareholders of BOLT, whose names have been listed by the recording date on June 28, 2022. Then, it will be officially disbursed on July 19, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, BOLT recorded a net profit of IDR 67.3 billion in the fiscal year 2021. At the end of said year, the company also had retained earnings of IDR 229.42 billion.
Until March 31, 2022, PT Garuda Multi Investama controls 57.60% of BOLT’s shares. Public investors share the remaining 20%, leaving the rest to be divided between the president director and president commissioner of BOLT. (KR/ZH)
