JAKARTA. PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk (DPNS) announces its dividend distribution of IDR 15 per share or IDR 4.97 billion in total, which originates from the net profit in the fiscal year 2021.
The cash dividend distribution had been approved during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of DPNS held last week. Said meeting called for the allocation of 20.8 of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
The cash dividend will be channelled out to DPNS’s shareholders whose names were listed in the Shareholders List by the recording date on June 29, 2022. Then, the dividend payment will be made on July 20, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, DPNS scored a net profit of IDR 4.97 billion in the fiscal year 2021. At the end of the year, the company kept its retained earnings of IDR 174.08 billion.
Until March 31, 2022, 51.18% of DPNS is under the control of PT Dutapermana Makmur. Meanwhile, THE NT TST has another 8.29%, followed by Bank Julius Baer & Co of 6.81%, and public investors of 27.81%. Then, the remaining portion is divided among directors and commissioners of the company. (KR/ZH)
