Bank Oke Indonesia secures a facility of IDR 100 billion from BCA

JAKARTA. PT Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk (DNAR) has signed a credit facility agreement worth IDR 100 billion with PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) or BCA.

This facility is given in the form of a revolving time loan, as revealed by Efdinal Alamsyah, Director of Bank Oke Indonesia. This credit has a tenor of one year, starting from the contract signing date on May 17, 2022.

In the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) earlier today (22/6), Alamsyah claimed that DNAR will utilise this facility from BCA as working capital. “This loan will then ssolidify the company’s liquidity ratio,” he further stated.

Based on idnfinancials.com data, DNAR recorded revenue of IDR 74.47 billion in the first quarter of 2022. This gain is 3.78% higher year-on-year (yoy). However, on the contrary, the net profit of the company in Q1 2022 only reached IDR 2.96 billion, shrinking massively by 62.54% yoy. (KR/ZH)
