JAKARTA – PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk (AISA) will repay bonds and sukuk of a total of IDR 37.18 billion tomorrow (24/6) after a homologation in the Commercial Court of Central Jakarta District Court. The interest and the profit-sharing payment will also be made, counting since December 31, 2021 until June 24, 2022, totalling 174 days.
Michael H. Hadylaya, Corporate Secretary of FKS Food Sejahtera, specified that this repayment will cover Bonds of 2013 of IDR 6.37 billion, Sukuk Ijarah I of 2013 of IDR 3.15 billion, and Sukuk Ijarah II of 2016 of IDR 27.71 billion.
The Bonds in 2013 has a principal of IDR 6 billion, principal of capitalised interest of IDR 312.65 million, and an interest of IDR 61.02 million. Sukuk I, with a principal of IDR 3 billion, has a principal of capitalised interest of IDR 156.32 million and an interest of IDR 30.51 million. Then, the repayment of Sukuk II will include a principal value of IDR 27.97 billion, principal of capitalised interest of IDR 642.45 million, and an interest of IDR 267.95 million. (LK/ZH)
