JAKARTA. PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA), a retail company that handles cellular phones, announces the plan to distribute cash dividends of IDR 22.8 per share or IDR 362.48 billion.
This plan follows the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of ERAA that took place last week. In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 35% of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
The cash dividend will be paid out to ERAA’s shareholders, whose names have entered the list by the recording date on July 5, 2022. Meanwhile, the dividend itself will be disbursed on July 27, 2022.
The shareholders of ERAA also decided to place IDR 1 billion of its 2021 net profit as mandatory reserve funds. Then, the remaining portion is to be categorised as retained earnings.
According to idnfinancials.com data, ERAA recorded a net profit of IDR 1.01 trillion in 2021. At the end of 2021, the company kept retained earnings of IDR 648.89 billion and total equity of IDR 6.46 trillion. (KR/ZH)
