Bunda Investama to transfer its shares worth IDR 8.87 billion

JAKARTA – PT Bunda Investama Indonesia (BII) transfers 2% of its portion in PT Diagnosa Laboratorium Utama Tbk (DGNS) to its subsidiary, PT Bundamedik Tbk (BMHS), worth IDR 8.87 billion in total. The stock transfer took place last week (23/6).

Fanfan Riksani, General Manager (GM) and Corporate Secretary of DGNS, confirmed that BII’s stock portion of in DGNS is now depleted to 38.8% or 485 million shares from the initial 510 million shares or 40%. “The number of BII’s shares reassigned to BMHS is 25 million shares,” he confirmed in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (28/6).

BII is the owner of 53.37% of BMHS’s total shares of 8,603,416,176 units. Then, the public has another 21.07% of them, followed by Akasya Investments of 4.9%. The rest of them belongs to directors and commissioners of BMHS. Furthermore, BII and BMHS also have a portion in DGNS as high as 40.80% and 39.2%, respectively.
