Selamat Sampurna bags dividends of IDR 13.65 billion

JAKARTA. PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) has received dividends worth IDR 13.65 billion from one of its subsidiaries, PT Panata Jaya Mandiri (PJM).

Ang Andri Pribadi, Director of SMSM, said that the dividend was handed out to the company earlier today, June 29, 2022. It adds to the total dividend gained by the company since the beginning of this year, which now reaches IDR 71.07 billion.

On March 28, 2022, SMSM reportedly collected another round of dividend worth MYR 1.7 million or IDR 5.8 billion from Bradke Synergies Sdn Bhd. Based on idnfinancials.com record, Bradke Synergies is one of SMSM’s subsidiaries that is involved in the investment business in Malaysia.

Then, on May 30, 2022, the company was also presented with dividends from three subsidiaries worth IDR 51.62 billion in total. These subsidiaries in question were PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta, PJM, and PT Hydraxle Perkasa.

For context, PJM is SMSM’s subsidiary that is engaged in the trading of filters for heavy equipment. PJM kicked off its operation in 1985, currently in the possession of assets worth IDR 718 billion in total. (KR/ZH)
