JAKARTA – PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM) secures a conventional loan facility, as well as a sharia financing in the form of musyarakah mutanaqisah from Indonesia Eximbank worth USD 50 million in total. Rindra Donovan, Corporate Secretary of ABM Investama, announced the news in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (30/6).
“Said facilities will be used to fund the working capital of subsidiaries,” Donovan revealed.
According to Donovan, being granted this loan will add to the company’s current financial obligations.
In March 2022, ABMM’s short-term bank debts reached USD 23 million, its banks debts due in a year amounted to USD 16.65 million, long-term bank debts clocked up to USD 132.20 million, and outstanding bonds reportedly arrived at USD 192.36 million. (LK/ZH)
