JAKARTA - PT Panin Financial Tbk (PNLF) intends to share cash dividends of IDR 320.22 billion taken out of the 2021 net profit attributable to the parent company, which amounts to IDR 1.32 trillion.
Marwan Noor, Corporate Secretary of Panin Financial, announced the news in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (5/7). "We will channel out cash dividends of IDR 10 each to shareholders listed in the Official Shareholders List by the recording date on July 12, 2022," he explained.
The remaining IDR 1 trillion will be allocated as retained earnings, while another IDR 500 million is assigned as reserve funds.
The dividend allocation refers to the distribution of the 2021 net profit, which was also stored as unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 17.70 billion, and total equity of IDR 26.62 billion.
The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to July 8 and 11, 2022, while the date for the cash market follows on July 12-13, 2022. (LK/ZH)
