JAKARTA. PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA), a property and real estate developer under Ciputra Group, will distribute cash dividends of IDR 65 billion or IDR 8.50 per share.
Said plan was decided after the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of MTLA held in June 2022. In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 17.5% of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
Furthermore, the shareholders also consented to assign IDR 2 billion of the 2021 net profit to reserve funds. Then, the remaining portion of the net profit was stored as retained earnings to reinforce the company's working capital.
The cash dividend will be channelled out to MTLA's shareholders who have been listed as official shareholders by July 13, 2022. The cash dividend will then be disbursed on August 4, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, Ciputra Group owns 15% of MTLA's shares via PT Ciputra Nusantara. Then, another 37.52% goes to PT Metropolitan Persada International, leaving public investors with 44.26%. The small remaining portion is then split among members of Boards of Directors and Commissioners of MTLA. (KR/ZH)
