JAKARTA. PT Sigma Energy Compressindo Tbk (SICO), a logistic and oil and gas optimalisation company, will distribute cash dividends of IDR 1.0011 per share or IDR 910.95 million in total.
Said plan aligns well with the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of SICO held last month. In the meeting, the shareholders approved the plan to allocate 15% of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
The dividend will be sent out to shareholders whose names have entered the Official Shareholders List by the recording date on July 12, 2022. The payment will then be disbursed on July 29, 2022.
Currently, PT Sigma Energy Utama controls 63.30% of SICO, followed by Patricia Gitta Chandra with another 7.03% and public investors of 29.67%. (KR/ZH)
