JAKARTA. PT SLJ Global Tbk (SULI), an integrated wood manufacturer, has established a new subsidiary named PT Orimba Alam Kreasi (OAK).
Amir Sunarko, President Director of SULI, claimed that OAK will focus on the integrated timber business, “This subsidiary formation is intended to expand the business in the integrated wood industry as the company has carried out for all this time,” Sunarko explained in the information disclosure.
SULI did not mention the amount of investment made to establish OAK. However, the company recorded cash of IDR 1.05 million at the end of March 2022.
With OAK, SULI now controls seven subsidiairies, three of which have been operating commercially. They are PT Kalimantan Powerindo, PT Essam Timber, and PT Karya Wijaya Sukses. (KR/ZH)
